Transhumanism is defined by one source as the social and philosophical movement devoted to promoting the research and development of robust human-enhancement technologies. Such technologies would augment or increase human sensory reception, emotive ability, or cognitive capacity as well as radically improve human health and extend human life spans.
But there is so much more to it than that!
Technocrats today believe that integrating technology with the human mind and body can overcome the barrier of death. This sounds pretty neat, doesn’t it?
There are concerns, however.
